CEO & Chief Counsel: Chris WilsonChris Wilson CEO and cofounder of Skubes.com, which creates educational videos.

Chris has an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, an MBA from the University of Georgia, and a law degree from Georgia State University. Chris has been a practicing attorney in the Atlanta area since 1999 and currently is a partner with FSB FisherBroyles, an Atlanta based law firm with 60+ attorneys.

Chris previously worked in the Lending and Structured Finance Practice Group and the Corporate Practice Group for Troutman Sanders LLP and was in-house counsel for Merial Limited. Chris focuses his practice on corporate and finance issues and represents companies, and owners of companies, in a variety of transaction, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, shareholder issues, corporate governance, and contract negotiations.

Chris is the proud father of 2 daughters and spends his time shuffling from one activity to another. A dedicated college football fan for UGA, he also enjoys golf and traveling.

Bryan manages the “content” side of the business. Bryan has over 20 years of experience running his own company in the video compression, editing and production industries. Bryan got his start in the entertainment and production business in the late 1980s as a Director of Photography and production manager on a variety of 3D films and special effects projects. He later traveled the country as a photographer and videographer for Estee Lauder. After starting his own production company in the early 1990’s, he worked with many well-known celebrities such as Davis Love III, Elijah Wood, Steve Young, Ruby Dee, The Beach Boys, Don Rickles and many more. Bryan has also won national recognition for his work with 14 separate awards for cinematography, editing, live production and overall excellence in the field of production and post-production.

Bryan is a father of 2 teenagers and the step-father to 2 more. His wife Carrie is a teacher and the first teacher for Skubes.com.  He loves fitness and is an avid baseball fan. He also enjoys just about anything outdoors, especially if its with his family.

CTO: Ron Wincek

Ron has a B.S. degree in Psychology and Social Studies Education from Florida State University and a M.Ed. in School Psychometry and Ed.S. Degree in School Psychology from Georgia State University. He is also the founder and CEO of Interactive Advantage Corporation (IAC), a technology-based training service provider, which specializes in interactive and e-learning systems. Ron is a consultant with 25 years of experience in learning system design, instructional design and development of sophisticated interactive content. He has consulted with many wellknown companies including Accenture, ADP, Cardinal Health, CCE, Equifax, Entergy, FDIC, FedEx, Goodrich, Home Depot, Medtronic, RBC, TruGreen, TVA, and Waste Management.

Professionally, Ron has served as president and vice-president of the Georgia Chapter of the International Interactive Communications Society and has been as speaker at local and national ASTD, NSPI, and STC conferences, and at the Canadian Embassy in Washington D.C. He is also a member of the Atlanta Consulting and Training Alliance.

Ron’s wife is a teacher and together they successfully raised 4 daughters, 3 of them are currently attending college. Ron also loves making music as he plays weekly in a local jazz band.
